MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
To register as a member of meetnmix.com or use this Site, you must be of legal age as per the laws of the USA. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a member of meetnmix.com and to use any or all parts of the Service that we offer. The meetnmix.com Site is only to facilitate meeting in person at Meet n' Mix Events between persons who are legally competent to attend such events. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time Meet n' Mix is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Meet n' Mix reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unused Meet n' Mix Services (Event tickets plus View Me Credits). If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Meet n' Mix reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. It is within our sole & absolute discretion to do so. You may cancel your Free Profile (membership status) at any time by visiting your "My Account" button and click on the "membership link."
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, PICTURES AND OTHER CONTENT ONLINE/OFFLINE

Meet n' Mix takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any negative comment/action committed any Meet n' Mix Offline Event.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from meetnmix.com are the responsibility of the member. Meet n' Mix is not responsible for loss or theft of Meet n' Mix purchase receipts, event tickets, view me credit purchases, or promotion/coupon codes.

APPLICABLE LAW

Meet n' Mix may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators' award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
